Meter Concrete Maturity

Concrete maturity can be determined by profiling temperature within the structure of a pour. This benefits the project in both quality and speed of construction as adequate hydration can be determined and forms/shoring can be removed. Portable multi-channel Data Loggers are ideal for both laboratory and field work as they are deployed without need for external power.
Using ACR's SmartReader Plus 6, the process can be recorded and analyzed on any PC utilizing TrendReader 2 Software. The maturity method estimates strength based on samples and resultant Maturity Index calculated by Quality Control. This index is determined from the temperature history during curing using a maturity function. The concrete strength in MPa can even be monitored in real-time.
