Powering SRP in Fast Read Mode Using IC-101 Interface Cable

This article discusses powering a SmartReader Plus data logger via the IC-101 interface cable.

Once you send a setup to a data logger, the logger will begin sampling immediately since you have it plugged into the IC-101 cable.  If you wish to prevent this, use the "delayed start" capability of the logger.  To power the logger from an IC-101, the communication port must be open. This means you must have the loggers setup on your screen and real time halted.  If real time is activated, the logger will stop recording.
