SmartButton Reader Help in Windows Vista

The Windows Help (WinHlp32.exe) program is no longer included in Windows operating systems starting with Windows Vista. In order to view ".hlp" files in Windows Vista, you must download and install the program (WinHlp32.exe) from the Microsoft Download Center. Note: Windows Validation is required.
