SmartReader Plus 7 Driver Patch

This SmartReader driver patch is intended to correct a registry entry path issue in TrendReader 2 Versions 2.30 and 2.31 and is not required for any other versions of TrendReader 2. The patch fixes an issue where certain serial numbered SmartReader Plus 7 loggers with either all 2.5V channels or 25mA channels are being seen as thermistor channels.
