Troubleshoot counting mode setup for SmartReader 9

A known issue with TrendReader 2 requires that you force accumulate mode to the “Enable” setting each time you set up the SmartReader 9 pulse logger. If this is not done, the accumulate mode setting will be reset to “Disable” by default each time you enter the logger set up screen.

This is a known issue and will be resolved with the next TrendReader 2 update.
